Description

The SNW3 veterinary instrument table is designed for transporting instruments over short distances and for performing procedures in which the instrument table is positioned above the treatment/operating table.

The table structure is made of powder-coated steel in grey.

The table is mounted on casters with brakes. Manual height adjustment is carried out using a removable crank located on the side of the table.

The table is equipped with a stainless steel tray measuring 58 × 105 cm.

The clearance under the table at maximum height adjustment is 94 × 115 cm, allowing it to be positioned over most veterinary tables available on the market.

How am I protected, and what guarantees do I have that the goods I ordered will be delivered?

Can I return my product for no reason?

Yes, You have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days period, without giving any reasons. We will refund all costs including shipping costs.

This refund policy only applies to EU countries. Refunds outside the EU are also accepted, but wiith exclusion of shipping and customs costs.

Can I open the package in the presence of the courier?

Yes, we encourage all our Customers to do so. If the goods are damaged make a complaint in the presence of the courier. Damage report will be made by him and product will be returned to us. We will manufacture and send you new product once we receive the damage report via email.

What happens if my table breaks?

We designed our products with longevity in mind, that is why we use modular design in our tables. Most moving parts in our tables are attached only by 2 screws (gas springs, hydraulic pump, linear electric actuators). Part exchange is easy and takes up to 10 min.

If the product is within the warranty period we send new component without any cost. If any problems occur with the repair we cover the cost of the specialist that comes to make part exchange/repair.

If the product is outside the warranty period we send new component for a fee. If any problem occur with the repair our staff can help via phone and instruct how to perform the repair.

As a JUVENTAS brand we sell our products to all European countries since 2006. We want all our Customers to feel safe buying and using our products that is why we use only certified components from European suppliers.
