This document regulates the Privacy and Cookie Policy of the JUVENTAS Weterynaria e-commerce shop, which is operated through the website available at juventas-vet.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”. The Store is managed by Michał Ziółkowski, who runs a business under the name of JUVENTAS Weterynaria Michał Ziółkowski, based in Jurowce (38-507) Srogów Górny, under NIP number 7712683335 and REGON number 180549723, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”. One can contact the Seller at the phone number: +48 881 090 520 and using the e-mail address: sales@juventas-vet.com.
1. Introduction
In the section describing the privacy policy, we inform about the conditions for collecting, processing, using and protecting personal data of the Store's Clients, hereinafter referred to as the “Clients”.
As far as the cookies policy is concerned, we inform about the conditions of storing information or gaining access to information already stored in end user's telecommunication devices.
2. Declaration
While realizing the overriding goal of respecting the privacy of our Clients, we try to exercise all due diligence. In order to meet this assumption, we implement the standards and principles stemming from generally applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
In particular, we make every effort to ensure that the personal data of our Clients is accurate:
- processed lawfully,
- collected for the purposes set out in this document and for legitimate purposes,
- not subjected to further processing incompatible with the above-mentioned purposes,
- substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed,
- adequately protected against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure and unauthorized use,
- kept in a form which permits identification of the persons concerned for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

4. Sets, their scope and purposes of personal data processing
We process the Clients' personal data in structured sets, which we define by the purpose of their processing. We process this data to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purpose. The following list includes the sets, scopes and purposes of data processing.

5. Entrusting and sharing personal data
We entrust part of our personal data sets to other entities only for the purpose of proper service provision. Entities processing personal data on behalf of JUVENTAS Weterynaria:
- hosting provider (company operating the website and company mail),
- accounting or legal services,
- courier service.
The current list of entities to which we entrust data processing is constantly available to all Clients. To get access to it, all you have to do is ask us to do so. This can be done, for example by sending an e-mail.
We do not make the collected data available to third parties, except where it is required by generally applicable law, i.e. on the basis of a request from an authority or court empowered to do so.
6. Client rights
In connection with the processing of personal data, the Clients shall have the following rights:
- right to access their personal data,
- right to rectify (correct) their data,
- right to request its supplementation, updating or removal,
- right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time.

7. Server logs
These are internal event logs of the Store's server, automatically saving the page requests that are sent out when Clients use the Store. The system logs contain the page request sent by the Client, the IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request and at least one “cookie” file that can uniquely identify the Client's browser.
The data collected in the system logs is used by us for an indefinite period of time, solely for the purpose of administration of the Store. It shall not be transferred to third parties, except in the circumstances described herein.
In connection with the use of the Store by Clients, we may automatically collect and save in server logs the technical details concerning the use of services, requests sent by the Client in connection with the provision of electronic services, the IP address and technical data about the operation of the Store in connection with the activities carried out by the Client. This includes, in particular, information on the commencement, end and scope of each use of the service provided electronically. We may also collect information to store it locally on your device using the memory mechanism of your browser.
8. Cache
When providing services to our Clients, we can automatically use the cache of your browser or your device. This use consists in storing data in the memory of the browser, installed in the Client's device. Within the local memory, it is possible to store inter-session data i.e. between sessions of the Client. The purpose of using the cache is to speed up the use of the Store by eliminating the situation in which the same data would be repeatedly downloaded from the Store, thus overloading the Client's Internet connection.
9. Cookies - introduction
In the course of providing services to our Clients, we use professional technologies to collect and save information, such as cookies. These are commonly used, small files containing a string of characters which are sent and saved on the end device (e.g. computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) used by the Client when visiting the Store. This information is sent to the clipboard of the browser you are using, which sends it back when you access the website next time. Cookies contain information necessary for proper use of the Store. Most often they contain the name of the website from which they come, the time they were stored on the end device and a unique number.
10. Basis for processing cookies
Clients using services provided electronically through the Store are asked to voluntarily consent to the processing of cookies by storing information or gaining access to information already stored in their telecommunications terminal equipment.
The consent to the processing of cookies is given in particular by using a button containing a statement of consent to the processing of cookies or by confirming that one has read its terms and conditions. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, free of charge and in a manner described in the section on managing cookies.
11. What cookies are we using?
The Store uses two main types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user's terminal device until the user logs out, leaves the website or turns off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User's end device for a period of time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
In terms of distinguishing the entity administering the cookies, we have:
- seller's cookies,
- third party cookies.
12. Seller's cookies
Sellers cookies allow recognizing the Client's device and displaying the Store's website adjusted to their individual expectations, which makes using its functionality easier and more pleasant. Thanks to saving these files on the Client's device, it is possible, for example, to save login data, maintain a session after logging in, or remember the selected goods in the shopping cart.

The Seller may use cookies used by Google as part of the services:
- Google Analytics - they allow assessing the quality of advertising campaigns carried out with the use of Google Adwords service, as well as studying Clients’ behaviors and traffic and compiling traffic statistics,

14. Managing cookies and other information
Most often the browser settings by default allow placing cookies and other information on the end device. If the Client does not agree to the saving of these files, it is necessary to change the settings of the Internet browser accordingly. It is possible to disable saving them for all connections from a particular browser or for a particular site, or to delete them. The way you manage your files depends on the software you use.
