Description

The JVN 1 veterinary stretcher trolley has a simple and robust design. It consists of two components: a chassis with 4 running casters with brakes and a removable stretcher.

The trolley has a powder-coated steel construction, which is resistant to chipping and scratching.

The stretcher cover is made of removable medical-grade upholstery, available in a variety of colours.

The product is sent in parts with assembly instructions.

How am I protected, and what guarantees do I have that the goods I ordered will be delivered?

The Juventas brand has been present on the European market since 2006. Our companies have delivered thousands of products to customers worldwide. We strive to ensure that all our customers feel safe when shopping in our online stores.

1. Our store uses PayPal's Buyer Protection (no Paypal account is required)

To meet the expectations of all our customers, payments in our store can also be made via the PayPal platform.

PayPal's Buyer Protection safeguards customers if their purchase doesn’t meet expectations.

If the ordered item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or differs from the description (e.g., incorrect size, color, or functionality), the customer can file a claim within 180 days of purchase.

Can I return my product for no reason?

Yes, You have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days period, without giving any reasons. We will refund all costs including shipping costs.

This refund policy only applies to EU countries. Refunds outside the EU are also accepted, but wiith exclusion of shipping and customs costs.

Can I open the package in the presence of the courier?

Yes, we encourage all our Customers to do so. If the goods are damaged make a complaint in the presence of the courier. Damage report will be made by him and product will be returned to us. We will manufacture and send you new product once we receive the damage report via email.

What happens if my table breaks?

We designed our products with longevity in mind, that is why we use modular design in our tables. Most moving parts in our tables are attached only by 2 screws (gas springs, hydraulic pump, linear electric actuators). Part exchange is easy and takes up to 10 min.

If the product is within the warranty period we send new component without any cost. If any problems occur with the repair we cover the cost of the specialist that comes to make part exchange/repair.

If the product is outside the warranty period we send new component for a fee. If any problem occur with the repair our staff can help via phone and instruct how to perform the repair.

As a JUVENTAS brand we sell our products to all European countries since 2006. We want all our Customers to feel safe buying and using our products that is why we use only certified components from European suppliers.
