Description

The J-VET 1 E K is a table with electric height adjustment.

Features of the table:
• linear actuator with permissible load of 150 kg
• steel base, covered with powder coated paint resistant to chipping and scratching
• 4 casters with locking mechanism
• stainless steel top with 2 drain holes or "envelope" shaped top with 1 drain hole
• 6 tie-down hooks (3 on each side)
• 2 rails for mounting the accessories
• mattress covered with durable upholstery, IV pole and bowls are included

F.A.Q.

Can I return my product for no reason?

Yes, You have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days period, without giving any reasons. We will refund all costs including shipping costs.

This refund policy only applies to EU countries. Refunds outside the EU are also accepted, but wiith exclusion of shipping and customs costs.

Do I pay tax when buying the product?

If you have a company registered in EU and you have European Vat Identification Number then you do not pay the tax when purchasing our products.

If you have a company registered in EU but you do not have European Vat Identification Number then 23% tax will be applied to your purchase.

If you are private person wanting to buy our products than 23% tax will be applied to your purchase.

Can I open the package in the presence of the courier?

Yes, we encourage all our Customers to do so. If the goods are damaged make a complaint in the presence of the courier. Damage report will be made by him and product will be returned to us. We will manufacture and send you new product once we receive the damage report via email.

What happens if my table breaks?

We designed our products with longevity in mind, that is why we use modular design in our tables. Most moving parts in our tables are attached only by 2 screws (gas springs, hydraulic pump, linear electric actuators). Part exchange is easy and takes up to 10 min.

If the product is within the warranty period we send new component without any cost. If any problems occur with the repair we cover the cost of the specialist that comes to make part exchange/repair.

If the product is outside the warranty period we send new component for a fee. If any problem occur with the repair our staff can help via phone and instruct how to perform the repair.

As a JUVENTAS brand we sell our products to all European countries since 2006. We want all our Customers to feel safe buying and using our products that is why we use only certified components from European suppliers.
